We developed a dynamic CRM system specifically designed for service-based companies requiring complex organizational structures. The platform allows for a multi-tiered user management system where a Super Admin can create company-specific Admins, who can then onboard their Staff. Each user is assigned roles, and access to modules is strictly controlled based on these roles. The Super Admin has oversight of all companies, users, their work logs, and activity statuses.

The client required a scalable CRM that supports multiple layers of users with distinct permissions, customizable branding for each company, and a role-based modular system. Flexibility in CRM appearance and operational control was crucial to address varying client needs.
Our Solution
We built a Laravel-based CRM platform featuring robust role-based access control (RBAC), modular permissions, and complete CRM customization options. Super Admins can rebrand the CRM per company changing the name, logo, color themes, and custom fields. Comprehensive logging and activity tracking enable transparency across the organization. The CRM is designed to adapt as companies grow or add new services.
