An AI-powered chatbot that responds to user queries based on company-specific knowledge uploaded and managed by the admin.
We built an intelligent AI chatbot platform for a company to streamline customer support and internal query resolution. The platform allows the Admin to upload various knowledge sources like documents, FAQs, product manuals, and guidelines. The chatbot dynamically understands user queries and provides precise, contextual answers by referring to the uploaded data. It reduces the need for human intervention while ensuring users receive accurate and consistent information.
The Challenge
The client wanted a customizable chatbot that could adapt to evolving knowledge without manual reprogramming. The chatbot needed to provide reliable, secure, and contextually accurate responses while being easy for non-technical admins to manage the knowledge base.
Our Solution
We designed an AI chatbot using OpenAI's language models, integrated with LangChain for knowledge retrieval. The admin panel allows easy upload and management of knowledge files (PDFs, Docs, Text, etc.), automatically indexed for searchability. The chatbot can handle varied user queries, provide document references, and escalate complex issues to human support. Security measures were added to ensure data privacy and controlled access.
