A cross-platform mobile app for restaurants enabling QR-based registration, slot booking, offers, and customer engagement.
We developed a comprehensive mobile application for a restaurant chain aimed at enhancing customer experience and streamlining restaurant operations. The app allows users to register quickly by scanning a QR code placed at the restaurant. Customers can explore restaurant details, check available slots, book reservations, and discover offers and discounts provided by the restaurant. Meanwhile, the restaurant owner can manage customer data, send personalized offers, and monitor bookings across multiple outlets.
The Challenge
The client needed an engaging mobile app to boost customer loyalty and simplify table bookings. They also wanted actionable insights on customer preferences and behavior across different outlets while offering promotions easily.
Our Solution
We built a Flutter-based mobile app ensuring smooth performance on both Android and iOS devices. The app includes QR code-based registration, slot booking, offer and discount management, user analytics for restaurant owners, and detailed information on each restaurant location and outlet. Firebase was integrated for real-time updates and push notifications.
